Purposes and legal basis

Transfers

Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing. It is accessible only to the technical providers needed to deliver the service: the platform that hosts and protects the site, and the email provider that carries form submissions.

These providers may operate servers outside Türkiye. Where that is the case, the processing constitutes an international transfer and is carried out within the framework of the KVKK provisions on transfers.

Data is collected electronically through the form on this website, based entirely on what you enter yourself.

Retention

Once your enquiry is closed, records are kept for the statutory retention periods required by applicable legislation and are then deleted or anonymised. If the enquiry does not lead to work, the record is deleted within a reasonable period.
