FAQ
The questions that come up most often, before and after a treatment. If yours is not here, call us — it is usually quicker to talk it through.
When can I go back in after a treatment?
There is no single figure. It depends on the product, the method and how well the space ventilates. After gel baiting you generally do not have to wait at all; after fogging an enclosed room, you do.
The right answer is the re-entry interval printed on the product label. The team tells you what it is before starting, and again on the way out.
What if there are children, babies or pets in the house?
Tell us at the survey — it changes what we use. In homes with babies and small children, and in kitchens and food areas, we prefer contained baits and crack-and-crevice work over spraying surfaces.
Pets need to be out of the area during the treatment, aquariums covered and toys put away. We leave all of that with you in writing before the visit.
If you have a health concern about a product, we will give you its name and label information so you have something concrete to take to your doctor.
Do I need to prepare before the visit?
Yes, and it is part of the result. Usually that means clearing worktops, putting away open food and utensils, and taking pets out. Bed bug and flea work also needs textiles washed and furniture pulled away from the walls.
The list changes with the job, so we leave you one written for your site after the survey.
Can I clean afterwards?
Ventilating and normal cleaning are fine. What removes the effect is washing down the surfaces that carry a residual treatment — skirtings, the backs of units, pipe runs — with detergent.
We show you which surfaces to leave alone for a while at the end of the visit. Gel points should not be touched at all.
How long does it take to work?
It depends on the pest. With baits the effect comes as the insects take the bait back to the nest, and that is not instant.
Seeing activity for a while afterwards is normal: with many pests the eggs are unaffected and new individuals emerge. That is what the follow-up visit is for. We do not quote a timescale, because it genuinely varies with the site and the size of the infestation.
How often should treatment be repeated?
In homes a fixed schedule is usually unnecessary — dealing with a problem when it appears is enough. In buildings connected to basements, drains and shared areas, a seasonal check makes life easier.
For food production, warehousing, hotels and healthcare it is different: there we recommend a documented, monitoring-led programme rather than one-off visits.
How is the price worked out?
The things that decide it are straightforward: the pest, the size and use of the space, how far the infestation has spread, the method needed and whether a follow-up visit is required.
That is why we would rather come and look than give a number over the phone. After the survey we go through the scope and the price with you.
Is the survey really free?
Yes. We do not charge for the survey that comes before a treatment, and there is nothing to pay if you decide afterwards not to go ahead.
Can the treatment be done without a smell?
For a lot of jobs, yes. Gel baits and bait stations leave no noticeable smell and are usually our first choice indoors.
Residual surface treatment and fogging can leave a light odour that clears with ventilation. Which method is needed is decided by the pest and the site — we will not propose something that will not work just because it has no smell.
Which areas do you cover?
We work in Eskişehir. If your address is outside the centre, call us and we will work it out together based on the site and the scope of the job.
What products do you use?
We use biocidal products licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Health. Which product and which method are chosen follows from the species identified at the survey and how the space is used.
If you want the name and label information of what was applied, we will give it to you.

Let us take a look first
The survey before treatment is free. Neither the method nor the product can be chosen without seeing the site, which is why we would rather come and look than quote a figure over the phone.
